ALL MY LOVE

A piece of my heart is going away
To England
Arshi got married yesterday, I call her putputee she calls me pompom, she filled my life with all th love and joy in the world. Its painful for me to see her go so far away.
I love her so much
Here's the bride. Gorgeous she looks.

with friends

From left, Aalia, Dakshini,Sandhya, Pooja, Salma, Saira.

Amritha, Sandhya, The Bride, Pooja, Dakshini, Aalia. apart from the pillar all are my friends too. sweet sweet people.

Now she gonna scream at me for my selection of pictures, She's a mad man sometimes, (Holden Caulfield)

This is not about you ree putputee this is about the bride the attire, jewels, and the extra fittings attached to you, so just shuddup.

The top picture was the first day of the wedding, here on the second day putputee is wearing pink. Sooweet she is, Now she'd call me and say its not pink you idiot !

This is Mehendi, Its an extract of some leaves artistically drawn on palms back of the hands and on the feet too, and the liquid extract is left to dry, until then the bride has to be fed, no sleep, its a tough job being a bride.

With this heavy dress and jewellery and all the fittings, walking with her was like walking with the statue of liberty (Holden Caulfield)

This is Putputee on the first day wearing red, I think its red, Is it red ? Looks red to me.

The couple, on the second day, the Groom is Khadim, I wish them all the joy health and wealth in their married life.

  6. Everyone & everything is so beautiful. Lovely photos.

If I ever get the chance to travel to India-I will.

Many people think my real name is Patricia and that Patty is just a nickname, but Patty is my real name. My mom named me after one of the nicest teachers she had-her microbiology teacher. My mom didn't know whether or not I was a girl or boy until I was born, so I was named in the hospital after she had me. My brother and sister, she knew what sex they were going to be and she chose their names from a baby book, before they were born. I don't like my name-only because nobody pronounces it right, not even me. We all pronounce it as, Paddy, which is fine, but I always wanted a name that was pronounced how it's spelled, oh well. :)

  7. Yea Patty, they are all sweet and lovely people, I am overwhelmed with their love and affection.

In the 50's and early 60's there used to be a very good singer called Pat Boone,(House of Bamboo) His parents were expecting a girl and wanted to name her Patricia, but a boy was born, they named him just Pat. and made him wear girls clothes until he went to school.

I pronounce your name as patteee, its a lovely name, but I would add Light to it, Patteeee Light.

  8. Patty, You just have to make up your mind and things will happen, Me and Suresh would love to take you around our forests, temples and introduce you to our chaotic life. At any given time some friend or their children would be getting married we would love to take you to one of our traditional weddings. Most welcome Patty

  9. Interesting info about Pat B. Why on earth would they make him wear girl's clothes? Isn't that cruel?

That is very kind of you to say. Perhaps one day, who knows. I would love to be continuously travelling. If I was rich, I would buy a camper/trailer van and drive all over this continent and fly to every country I could, taking hundreds of photos a day, mabey pick up a husband along the way(ha, just kidding). But, that would be my dream. To be free, on my own, peaceful.

  10. My mom's name was Patricia. I called my firstborn Patrick after her.
There is a Dutch celebrity called Patty Brard, a former member of LUV, a Dutch girl band. Everybody calls her "Petty" (Dutch accent).

  11. Patty, please don't wait till you become rich, once you are rich you'd be busy getting richer. You'll have no time to follow your dreams. So please do it now. Now is the time.

  12. PetB, thank you for your visit. Had a look at your site, but it's all in Dutch ??

  21. sorry, missed the Q
yea its a muslim wedding Angel, her closest friends are Hindus and Christians, a couple of muslims too. She's there in every festival enjoying with friends Diwali holi christmas, She spent the whole night decorating a christmas tree for her friend.
She is supposed to sit in one place and keep her silly mouth shut like a normal muslim bride she was yak yak yak yapping like mad. Her ghoonghat lasted only for 5 minutes. She was walikng around like a robot cop.
